Do I need to be fit to join?

Not at all! This programme is designed for all fitness levels. Our coaches will modify exercises to suit your ability and help you progress safely.

How many times per week should I train?

We recommend 3-6 classes per week for best results. You have access to all classes, so you can choose what works for your schedule and goals.

What if I can't make the induction?

Inductions run every 6 weeks, so you can join the next available start date. Get in touch and we'll get you booked in!

Is the nutrition plan difficult to follow?

No! Our nutrition booklet has 98 simple, delicious recipes. Nothing complicated — just real food that helps you get results while still enjoying what you eat.

What happens after the 42 days?

Many people continue with one of our monthly membership packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) to keep the momentum going. Or you can run the programme again!
