I initially joined the gym because of hip pain due to arthritis and knew I had to build muscle strength. Dan suggested the Build sessions and I can honestly say I've never looked back. The gym gave me the physical and mental strength to recover quickly from a total hip replacement — back to the gym and back on my bike within weeks. The Shred programme has been the icing on the (imaginary) cake, helping me stay focused on eating the right things whilst working on my fitness. I've lost weight, gained strength and feel so much better for it. I could not have achieved what I have without the brilliant coaches at FlexAbility and the support of everyone there.
Since the moment I walked in the doors at FlexAbility I was greeted with professionalism from Dan and the team. They put me at ease instantly, talking me through their routine and how the model works, making sure I'd fit in. It was broken down to me — the routines and what I wanted to get out of the classes.
4 months on I love the classes, which are structured to our needs. The Build programme only consists of a small number of members which feels like we have personal trainers. Nutrition guides to help me reach my goals with a photoshoot to add — I even go to the gym for extra sessions.

What's the difference between this and the 6-Week Kickstart?
The 12-Week Shred is a longer, more intensive programme focused on dramatic body transformation with small group PT sessions, tailored training plans, and a professional photoshoot. The 6-Week Kickstart is perfect for beginners getting started with group classes.
Do I need to have gym experience?
While some basic gym knowledge is helpful, our coaches will guide you through everything. The small group PT sessions ensure you get personalised attention and proper form coaching.
Can I choose between morning and evening sessions?
Yes! You can select either the 6am morning slot (Tue/Wed/Thu) or the 5:30pm evening slot (Mon/Tue/Thu) based on your schedule.
What's included in the professional photoshoot?
At the end of your 12 weeks, you'll get a professional photoshoot to capture your transformation. These photos are yours to keep and celebrate your hard work!
How many people are in the small group PT sessions?
Small groups are kept intimate to ensure quality coaching and personalised attention. This is why spaces are limited!
